Welcome to our Villa Wine & Roses in Libourne
This architect-designed villa of 200m² in a large, fenced garden, completely renovated in summer 2023, is ideal for spending your holidays in peace and comfort. You will have at your disposal 4 suites, a private swimming pool, a landscaped garden and a large terrace. The whole villa is air-conditioned and nicely decorated with many large bay windows, all the rooms are towards the outside through large windows, for a holiday embedded in the fresh air.

Its living-dining room-kitchen of more than 80m² offers a perfect setting for relaxing after a day spent in the sun. The living room and the fully equipped kitchen overlook the terrace and the swimming pool. Let yourself be tempted to :

Our Villa is located in Libourne, a town full of charm, 750 years old with its lively market, its old towers and its shops. 5 minutes by car from the city center of Libourne, 5 minutes from St-Emilion, 30 minutes from Bordeaux, 40 minutes from Mérignac airport (Bordeaux), 1 hour from the Arcachon basin. Supermarkets nearby. Must-sees: discover the medieval village of Saint-Emilion, a UNESCO World Heritage Site! Visit the great castles and cellars, live an unforgettable wine experience. In the surroundings: discover the charming towns and lively market of Libourne, the aquatic center "La Calinesie", Castillon la Bataille, Pomerol, Bordeaux, Bergerac... On the Bassin d'Arcachon side: enjoy a day by the sea, taste the oysters from the basin and admire the sunset.
